Store it separately, avoid perfume, chlorine and lotions, and clean it with a soft cloth and warm water with mild soap.

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, in its original condition and with proof of purchase. Custom, engraved or resized pieces cannot be returned. To start an exchange or return, contact us by WhatsApp or email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is received and inspected. If the purchase was financed with Avapay, the refund and any installment adjustment are handled through Avapay.

We ship within the United States with FedEx, with tracking and insurance. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed; delivery time depends on the FedEx service selected and the destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, or you can contact us for a quote. A signature may be required on delivery. You can also pick up your order at our store in Miami.

All our pieces are real gold of the stated karat. We cover manufacturing defects for a reasonable period after purchase; the warranty does not cover normal wear, impact damage, misuse, loss, or repairs made by third parties. Contact us with your proof of purchase and we'll help you.

24k = 99.9% gold · 22k = 91.6% · 18k = 75% · 14k = 58.5% · 10k = 41.7%. More karats means more pure gold and a richer color.
