How to measure
- Calibrate: place a card (credit-card size) or a coin on the screen and adjust until it matches.
- With a ring: place it on the circle and adjust until the inner edge matches.
- With your finger: measure at the end of the day; if you're between two sizes, choose the larger.
- For wide bands (over 6 mm) half a size up usually fits better.
